About us

Arceo Design & Build is a family-owned design-build company based in Bell Gardens, California. Construction work is performed by a licensed California contractor, and the license number appears on every contract. You can verify any contractor license with the Contractors State License Board.

Website information

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a quote, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of availability. Prices, timing and the scope of work are confirmed only in a written estimate and contract after we visit your property.

Service requests

Sending a request through this site does not create a contract or guarantee an appointment. We will contact you to set up a consultation. Please give accurate information so we can reach you.

Quotes, payment and warranties

All construction is performed under a written home improvement contract that lists the price, the scope of work, the payment schedule, start and completion dates, and any warranties, as California law requires. Down payments never exceed $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. If anything on this site conflicts with your signed quote or contract, the quote or contract controls. Your rights under California contractor law, including any applicable right to cancel, are not limited by these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to send spam, false requests, malicious code, or to attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use. We may block traffic or submissions that appear abusive.

Intellectual property

The text, logo and design of this site belong to Arceo Design & Build. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Links to other sites

We may link to sites we do not control, such as product manufacturers or city permit offices. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limit of liability
