Do you handle permits?
Yes. We prepare the plans, submit them to your city, pull the permits and schedule every inspection.
Can I build an ADU on my property?
Most single-family lots in Los Angeles and Orange County can add an ADU under California law. During the consultation we check your lot's zoning, setbacks and utility connections.
How much will my project cost?
It depends on size, layout changes and materials. After the site visit you get an itemized written estimate, so you can see where the money goes.
How much is the down payment?
California law limits the down payment on a home improvement contract to $1,000 or 10% of the contract price, whichever is less. After that you pay in stages as work is completed.
Are you licensed?
Yes. All construction is performed under California contractor license #1113980, which is listed on every contract. You can verify it on the Contractors State License Board website, cslb.ca.gov.
How long does a remodel take?
Every contract includes a written timeline. Bathrooms and window jobs are usually the shortest; additions and ADUs take longest because of design and permitting.
